Our Warranty

Mid Valley Aviation. guarantees each Engine and Accessory overhauled at this repair shop, by Mid Valley Aviation personnel, to be free of defects in workmanship for limited time as set forth in this Warranty and subject to all provisions of this Warranty.

If the Aircraft and Engine is sold during the Warranty period, the warranties not transferable without the written consent or authorization of Mid Valley Aviation. To transfer the Warranty Mid Valley Aviation will required the name and address of the new owner, the date of transfer and number of operational hours on the Engine or Accessories, from beginning of Warranty to date of transfer

This Warranty covers repairs on the Engines Accessories for 24 months from the date of installation. This Warranty covers the first 500 hours or 24 months of operation whichever comes first. This Warranty expires when 500 hours or 2 years have been reached whichever comes first. This Warranty will not cover more than the repair or overhaul price.

Mid Valley Aviation will guarantee Mid Valley Aviation Engines and Accessories properly installed, used and maintained under conditions and procedures as specified by the Manufactures instructions.

It is agreed, the sole and exclusive remedy for any Warranty claim or claim of negligence be as follows:

1. All Warranty work must be Authorized by Mid Valley Aviation . Any repairs or modifications made without Authorization will render this Warranty null and void.

2. Notification of a failure must be made to Mid Valley Aviation within 10 days of failure. Failure for any reason, other than defective workmanship, will not be covered by this operation.

3. The true and correct copy of the Engine log book must be provided as proof of elapsed time of operation. Original log book must be reviewed by Mid Valley Aviation.

4. Engines or Accessories under Warranty must be shipped to Mid Valley Aviation freight paid, and received by Mid Valley Aviation within 10 days of failure. If the terms of payment were not complied with, this Warranty becomes, null and void. IF AUTO FUEL IS USED AT ANYTIME AND FOR ANY REASON THIS WARRANTY WILL BE NULL AND VOID.
